Principal

Mr. Davidson is beginning his fourth year as principal of Our Savior Lutheran School. In addition to administration, he teaches 5th & 6th grade religion and algebra I for the upper school (5th-8th grade).




Sarah Madson

Sarah Madson

Director of Admissions

Sarah Madson holds a B.A. in Business and Human Resource Management and brings over 10 years of experience in corporate HR, specializing in recruiting. She has been an active leader in the OSLS community, serving as PTL President for two years and volunteering in many capacities. Sarah is also a proud OSLS parent, with three children currently attending the school.

Shannon Lucas

Pre-K Teacher

Mrs. Shannon Lucas has been a Preschool Teacher Aide with OSLS since 2018. Now, she joins us as a teacher of our 3-year-olds! Her roots run deep within the Our Savior community. She was a student when the school first opened in 1990 and a Class of 1997 member. Her father, Kenny Green, was on the founding school board when the school was first established.

Alyssa Paquin

Kindergarten Teacher

After teaching in Detroit for 3 years, Mrs. Paquin and her family relocated to Louisville for her husband’s work.Beginning in 2022, Mrs. Paquin came to Our Savior to teach 5/6 grade (2022-2023).

Tracy Hannon

Business Manager

Mrs. Hannon has worked at Our Savior Lutheran School since 2009. She began working part time in after school care and as a preschool aide then moved to full time in the school office in January of 2014. She also does financial/bookkeeping tasks for the church and school.


Scott Kamman

Scott Kamman

Music Teacher

In 1990, Mr. Kamman was called to serve at Our Savior Lutheran Church and School in Louisville, KY. He began as a teacher of grades three and four combined, taught music and choir and played the organ. He eventually moved up to grade six, and was named music director of the church and school.


Dana Netherton

Dana Netherton

1st & 2nd Grade Teacher

Dana Netherton began her 31st year in eduation during the 2024 -2025 school year. She spent 7 years teaching in Fort Smith, Arkansas, before moving to Louisville Kentucky in 2001. She spent 5 years teaching kindergarten and 26 years teaching first grade. Two of the 26 years have been spent teaching a 1st & 2nd grade combined class. Througnhout the years, Dana has been involved with music ministries, youth ministry, women's minstry, and Christ Care groups, yearbook, library and Bible study.

Alex Spear

5th-8th Grade Math & Science Teacher

Ms. Spear knew she wanted to be in education in high school but could not make up her mind on what grade level she wanted to teach. She chose to double major in Secondary and Elementary Educating with a focus in Integrated Science. Ms. Spear did not choose middle school. Middle school chose her, as her first call was to St. Paul Lutheran School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She taught middle school science there for three years before accepting a new call to Immanuel Lutheran School in Belvidere, Illinois. She taught middle school math and science there for a year before accepting a call to Our Savior.

Nikki Anderson

Before & After School Care

Nikki has faithfully served OSLS for several years in the before- and after-school care program. She is currently pursuing a B.A. in Education at Boyce College and is passionate about supporting students both academically and personally as they grow.

Corrine Burmeister

Corrine Burmeister

Director of Christian Education

Mrs. Burmeister holds an undergraduate degree in Secondary English Education and Religious Instruction for Lutheran schools. She recently completed her coursework for a Master of Arts in Theology and is interning with Our Savior as she finalizes her certification as a Director of Christian Education in the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.

Hilary Logan

Hilary Logan

Pre-K Director

Hilary Logan brings a deep passion for nurturing young hearts and minds to her role as our Pre-Kindergarten teacher and preschool program director. Before joining Our Savior Lutheran School, Hilary worked as an adoption recruiter with The Villages in Indiana, where she helped connect children with loving families and guided them through the adoption process. Her compassion, attentiveness, and commitment to each child’s well-being were central to her work.

Mrs. Kamman has been a teacher at Our Savior Lutheran School since it opened in 1990. She has taught Preschool, Kindergarten, Third Grade, and is currently teaching Second Grade. Teaching has always been a passion for her.

Jodi Perkins

Instructional Assistant

Mrs. Perkins (Jodi) is a graduate of Our Savior Lutheran School. She developed a passion for theatre at the age of 9 and has been involved in the industry since that time.

Bonnie Hesse

Bonnie Hesse

Preschool Aide

Mrs. Hesse has worked in the early childhood department for Our Savior Lutheran school for a total of 8 years with a brief break to raise her youngest of 3 children. She is passionate about providing a loving, supportive and safe environment for the children at Our Savior.
